Electric igniters

PL Elektronik GmbH offers the development and series production of electric igniters and ignition devices with single pole and double pole design. Depending on customer requirements we are able to adjust the design, electrical characteristics and output power to fit the respective application.

Our product portfolio includes a wide range of 1A / 1W / 1 Ohm igniters as well as ESD protected igniters.

Applications for our electric igniters are for example: tank ammunition, medium caliber ammunition, rocket engines, missiles and simulators.

The reliable initiation of ignition trains and propulsions is part of our core business. This also includes rocket propulsion system igniter that is used for naval platforms like the Rheinmetall MASS System.
