Impulse cartridges for aircraft countermeasure systems

PL Elektronik GmbH offers a wide range of electrical initiated impulse cartridges for ejection of IR decoy flares against IR missiles as well as ejection of chaff against RF missiles installed on military combat jets, transport aircrafts, helicopters, vehicles and naval vessels.

For more than 20 years we develop and produce impulse cartridges according to customer specifications from bridge wire welding to manufacturing of own ignition compositions and fulfill all relevant requirements regarding product safety and environmental compatibility.

The impulse cartridges are compatible with the current NATO-Platforms and can be used as alternative for the BBU35 and BBU36 types.
